Grind your coffee beans finely, and use an espresso machine to pull a shot of espresso.
Next froth your milk using a good quality Milk frother.
Take a tall glass, Add the froth milk. Keep a spoonful of milk foam aside, use it at the end.
Let the frothed milk sit for around 30 seconds, until you see the milk seperates from the foam, forming two different layers.
Next add the espresso shot slowly from the side of the glass, ensuring that is forms a layer on foamed milk.
Final step is to add the frothed milk that you kept aside on top of the espresso and milk foam.
